[Huilian Financial Services (08030) plans to issue about 254.4 million rights issue shares, raising a maximum of about HK $63.6 million] Huilian Financial Services (08030) recently announced that the company intends to provide "1 for 3".CryptogamenftThe benchmark issued about 254.4 million rights issue shares. The subscription price per share is HK $0.25, which is about 24.2% lower than the company's closing price of HK $0.33 on the last trading day of the Stock Exchange. This rights issue will not be underwritten and will not involve unqualified shareholders (if any). According to the announcement, the net rights issue is expected to be about HK $60.3 million, which will be mainly used for the development and operation of the group's data centers, the development and operation of financial technology and tourism service platforms in Hong Kong, Macau and the Philippines, and the company's general working capital in Hong Kong. In addition, the Company has entered into a placing agreement with the placing Agent, who will act as the Company's agent to urge the independent Placees to subscribe for the unsubscribed Rights shares and the unqualified shareholders to sell the Rights shares on a dedicated basis.
